An Insight into Kenadon... Kenadon has been a cattle property in the Daintree Valley for over 100 years. It was in 1882 that Frank Osborne came and took up land, working the cedar trade. Frank found Daintree a beautiful and diverse region, passing his appreciation of this pristine area down through the generations.
Being a part of this pioneering family and going into the fifth generation, we would like to share our knowledge and love of this piece of paradise with you.
Our 350 acre property surrounds the Daintree township with our cabins conveniently situated just a short stroll to shops, restaurants, wildlife and scenic boat cruises.Your backdrop of "Thornton's Peak" is the second highest mountain range in Queensland and it is interesting to note that the Osborne Family were the first people to ascend the mountain.
